I'm going to do a bonus post with a lot of rambling about my child, the complexities of having a differently wired kid (at least mind), and this will explain why I'm kind of short on my food journal today. So here's the food. ....
Got up this morning for a run with the girl. She did pretty good. Took my Vitalbiome before the run today.
Had my Pink Drink and Metaburn.
I forgot my breakfast picture- had scrambled eggs. Water, water, water and BioCleanse.
I had to hit up my Balance before lunch because I had some not delivery pizza. Eli did so, so well at his dentist appointment and we took a forever visit to Walmart and got him a vegan pizza and me this one with the veggies.
Water, water, BioCleanse, Water. Should have had an Active since I'm so tired at 7 PM but can't go to bed until all the kids are home from church events.
I decided to have some penance for lunch and did a huge salad for dinner. Hit the spot since I was SOOOOO full from lunch.
Probio5, Mega-X, and Ease before bed. Ready for some reading and quiet time.
