So it's been a long week. I love my job, but 6 days in a row with 4 of them being 10 hour days is a lot. I'm so happy to be coming up to a break!
No major life altering news today. Basically my food and exercise journal-
I got up and took a Vitalbiome and did my couch to 10 k in intervals with Ella.
Then I had my Pink Drink and Metaburn. I took my X-factor and Ease on the road with me.
Breakfast was chick-fil-a because I have a problem. I took my Balance before.
Water, Active for energy, water. I took my BioCleanse between meals.
Lunch was fruit leftover from Chick-fil-a breakfast, 2 boiled eggs and almonds. I ate the apple later as a snack with the PB.
Water, Water, Water. BioCleanse and an extra Slim in the afternoon.
For Dinner I had a Plexus meal replacement shake. Yummy chocolate!
Then when I got home I had some lemon cake. I need to throw the rest away so I don't eat it. Here's the plate- forgot the picture before eating it.
More water, and soon I'll take my Probio5, Mega-X and Ease!
