Long run, long day

I'm too tired to put actual thought.  Sorry.  I think about good things during the day and forget when it's time for bed.   So why am I tired?  Got up at 4:50 AM and put in 12.5 miles on the concrete.
This is me at 8 miles drinking my Slim and Active. 

Here's my total run!  Yikes!  I had half a bag of Sports Beans during my run. And lots of water. 


When I got home I had my Metaburn.  Then had breakfast- I forgot a picture.  I had 2 over-easy eggs, 2 pieces of skinny wheat bread with butter, and a spoonful of raspberry jelly.   I took my x-factor and Ease with it.  I had BioCleanse between meals and water, water, water. 

Lunch was a huge bowl of steamed veggies with cheese....


And a chicken-less patty (from Aldi- vegan chicken type patty)


For snack I had about 2-3 bags of fruit snacks.  I was hungry. And as the day went on I got hungrier and hungrier.  


More snacks- pretzels.  And I had like 3 individual starbursts.  Hungry.  Water. Water. Water.  BioCleanse again. 


Still starving and was wanting chocolate- so I shook up a chocolate Lean!  Finally able to satisfy my hunger for awhile (probably because of the protein!  Thanks Plexus!


Dinner I took Balance for- Meatloaf, Veggies and some noodles (there was chicken flavored and alfredo).  Now my belly was really full and I'm ready for bed.  


Of course I didn't go to bed right away....because I was chilling with my parents.  Going to have my Probio5, Mega-x and Ease (with maybe some extra for my hips!).  I know I'll sleep like a brick tonight.  

I'll try to write more about how my moods are doing and my journey on that a little better- but I haven't cried in the shower for over a week, so that's something.
