I made sure to pack myself some healthy food to keep myself accountable and not succumb to all the junk at the store available with just a swipe of a debit card. Here's my bag all packed- 10 bottles of water, a Lean shake, banana, clean protein bar, snack crackers, cottage cheese, and pineapple! Yum!
So my breakfast was the banana and protein bar.
Lunch was the pineapple and cottage cheese.
I also had a Slim/Active in the late afternoon to help me keep awake and alert this whole day so I can rest well tonight. I had my Lean shake at 6:45 PM on my way home.
Then I got home- took a power walk while listening to Rachel Hollis set me on fire (if you haven't watched her live streams from October 2nd and 3rd- you HAVE TO!)
Then Ella pulled out cheesecake.....and I had a piece.
Oh well. We aren't all perfect all day.
Tomorrow is Friday! Have a good night.
