Just a day. But overall good...until Ella.

Today was a pretty good day.  First day back at work with Last 90 Days. So I started my day with my Slim plus an Active and my Metaburn.  Full disclosure- I didn't get up a full hour earlier like I should have for the last 90 day challenge- but I was some comfy under my weighted blanket and then gave that some gratitude.

 I made sure to pack myself some healthy food to keep myself accountable and not succumb to all the junk at the store available with just a swipe of a debit card.  Here's my bag all packed- 10 bottles of water, a Lean shake, banana, clean protein bar, snack crackers, cottage cheese, and pineapple!  Yum!


So my breakfast was the banana and protein bar.  
Lunch was the pineapple and cottage cheese.  

Late afternoon snack I had the crackers and decided to take my Balance with it.


I also had a Slim/Active in the late afternoon to help me keep awake and alert this whole day so I can rest well tonight.  I had my Lean shake at 6:45 PM on my way home.  

Then I got home- took a power walk while listening to Rachel Hollis set me on fire (if you haven't watched her live streams from October 2nd and 3rd- you HAVE TO!)

Then Ella pulled out cheesecake.....and I had a piece.  

Oh well.  We aren't all perfect all day.  

Tomorrow is Friday!  Have a good night.
