Then I listened to a Rachel Hollis podcast- and you know what the moral of the story is? There's always tomorrow. Don't ruin today for one little thing, and pick it back up tomorrow.
This week's theme is habits and what it comes down to is if your habits lead to excellence, you'll be excellent. If your habits are weakness, you'll be weak. We are only as good as our habits and we need to work on making the best habits for the best us.
Eating today has been pretty darn good if I say so myself....
Had my pink Drink and Metaburn, then had my 2 scrambled eggs and a banana with my X-factor and Ease.
Water, water, water. Midmorning BioCleanse.
Then lunch was a layered salad!
Water, water, water. Biocleanse in the afternoon. Then I had some Active to keep me pepped up through the afternoon.
Mid afternoon I had a snack of pineapple and protein bar too.
Dinner was church carry-in. I took my balance and had some Caesar salad and lasagna.
Finished by sharing some Tiramisu with Ella. Ate maybe half?
So all in all I think a pretty balanced day! Felt great!!
Let's see what Tuesday brings! I'm going to pack my lunch now before bed and take my Probio5, Mega-x, and Ease!
