Okay. Now.
I hate this so I'm ripping off the tape first. (Don't mind the face- the grumpy child took the pictures)
1 week down. Down 3 pounds. 1/2 inch off bust, 1/2 inch of stomach, 1/2 inch off hips.
Okay. That's done. Happy Sunday! I ate pretty healthy today.
Mid morning I had my BioCleanse and an apple! Lots of water all day long too!
Lunch was my favorite Publix Salad! Southern Cobb. Not the healthiest with a Publix chicken tender on it...but oh so good! Water, water, water.
I ran out of water and had to buy more- so I decided to make my Smart Water Smarter by mixing Slim and Active in it. Also had a protein bar for a snack awhile after my BioCleanse.
I took some Balance before dinner planning on one thing for dinner....and it got dropped on the floor. So steamed veggies with some cheese on it (1 had two full bowls of this) for dinner. More water.
Did something resembling exercise with my daughter although she threw a fit and didn't go near as long as I did.
Took my pictures, showered, more water, Probio5, Ease and Mega-x, and now I'm ready to read until bed.
Let's keep this train rolling...
