Blah

Blah was today.  Like the day was okay, but it was still blah.

First was running.  Which I really didn't want to do.  And wouldn't have done the full 4 miles if I didn't have my running buddy forcing me to go. 


Then I came home, showered and took a nap.  When I woke, I had my pink drink and Metaburn and had to run an errand before going to work.  I was going to have breakfast at home- but there was no eggs.  So I grabbed a banana and got a sandwich from Chick-fil-A before heading to work and Balanced it out.

I had some fresh fruit for a snack, BioCleanse between meals, a chocolate Lean for lunch and lots of water all day.  

On the way home, I stopped at Publix and got my flu shot (and free $10 gift card) and got burgers (it's not often we have beef!)

So dinner was burgers and onion rings.  I took some Block since already did Balance once!

I got my daughter ready for her dance, then had a snack I probably shouldn't have had....

Then more water, and ready for bed.  

Tomorrow is a new day- I want to do better with veggies and since I stocked up on salad stuff I should be good to go!
