Well...today...

Today was a mixed bag of eating.  I said I would be brutally honest for these and I will be.

This morning I woke up and didn't get to run thanks to tropical storm Nestor.  Raining buckets today before I had to go to work.  Still had my Vitalbiome, Pink Drink and Metaburn.


Breakfast was a protein bar on the way to work. I was going to do eggs but my husband was cooking 6 million pounds of bacon for a church event. 


Water, water, water and had BioCleanse between meals.  Took my Balance about 20 minutes before lunch and I had a turkey sub for lunch from Subway. 


My work friend also gave me this little lemon cake thing.  It was yummy!


Water, water, water and BioCleanse between meals.  Had an Active/Slim on the way home from work. 


So here's my bad thing.  We took the dog to the vet and got Arby's on the way home.  Mozerella sticks and Roast Beef and Cheddar.   So yum. But it filled me WAY up!  I'm already regretting it. 


More water.  Probio5, Mega-X and Ease for bed!

I'll be doing the weigh in tomorrow, so I know I won't be super happy.  So I'm going to take this as my get my booty back where I was before vacation.  

Here's one thing I know for sure with Plexus.  Weight loss is a side effect.  You HAVE to eat healthy for it to help.  But I lose weight and inches pretty darn easy with these tools when I do the right things.  That wasn't always the case.  I've done all the right things before Plexus and it never worked.  It's the gut health, sugar balance, and nutritional problems.  Without addressing those issues, most people won't lose.   Without eating healthy, nobody will lose.  You need all the puzzle pieces to make it work.
