Vacation Day 2

First full day of vacation and I got this Amazing shot of the sunrise after my run this morning!



Run this morning was my couch to 10 k run.  Lots of circles, so not super excited about 4 miles tomorrow but we'll make it work!



Not many good food choices, but it's vacation.  And I have kept my Last 90 Day challenge promise of Not Drinking Calories.  And trust me I would have loved an adult beverage today!

Drank my Slim with my Metaburn right after my run this morning.



So breakfast was 2 boiled eggs and some fresh pineapple!  So that was good.  Took my x-factor and Ease with it.



Snack at the poolside included Turkey Sticks and an Active for a fun filled day!  Had over 3 bottles of water and my BioCleanse also. 



Lunch was chips, pineapple, and half a sandwich and a handful of chocolate covered almonds.




Midafternoon snack was a cookie. Hmmm...maybe could have done better, but this was here.  Kept drinking water and had my BioCleanse too.



Dinner we checked out the sit down restaurant.  Ella ordered the steak, I ordered chicken and we shared off of each other's plates.  I also had some amazing rolls (3 of them). 




This evening I had some more chips and fresh fruit.  No picture.  But I promised I'd be truthful on what I ate.    Probio5, Ease and Mega-x.  Ready for bed!  Night!
