First thing I ran-
Then after my Slim and Metaburn, I had breakfast of my smoothie. Sounded good today and the extra spinach could make up for not so many veggies yesterday. It's made with coconut milk, coconut oil, matcha powder, flax seed, Lean meal replacement powder, collagen powder, peanut butter, and spinach. Yum! I had my x-factor and Ease with it.
Water, water, water and BioCleanse. Since we had beach day pending, Eli did excellent with his school work and was done before lunch and we went to the store to get food for our trip. I bought a Caesar Salad kit for lunch.
Water, Water, Water. Fruit snacks again. Whoops.
Water, BioCleanse and Active for Energy. Funyuns in the car trip here- road trip needs snacks, right? I shared with Ella.
Dinner at the resort- I had beef tortellini with carrots and mashed potatoes! Yum! So good and I didn't have to cook it!
After we walked around awhile, Ella and I watched Grey's Anatomy that we missed yesterday and ate some chocolate covered almonds. Almonds are good for weight loss, right?
Not sure what else is going on, but I kind of feel like tossing my cookies because I had more rich food than I have recently. Definitely won't be eating more. Water, water, Probio5, Mega-x, and Ease for bed!
