2 weeks down, forever to go

Two weeks into being better and more accountable.  Lots of rich food on vacation, so not as much progress.

First, food.  No exercise today. I slept in instead.  After my Slim and Metaburn, I had boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and an amazing cinnamon roll I shared with Ella.

Lots of water, BioCleanse got me until lunch.  Then I had a kid's meal of hamburger and fries.  

Snacks kind of got me down.  I did good with some fresh veggies and fruit.  But I also had some chips and some peanut butter M&Ms (not pictured).  More water and more BioCleanse.


Dinner was a bit of a mixed bag.  I shared a personal pizza with Lyle, had a Caesar salad, and shared some mac and cheese with Ella.  I did take my Balance first to block some carbs! 



Basically- it was delicious and now I feel sick.  Happy to not have dessert since I feel like tossing it again.  Whoops.

I did weights and measurements- that also may encourage me to do better.  Felt bloated but I've lost another 1/2 inch off my stomach.  Weight up a few pounds though (probably also from bloat!)
