Happy New Years! Yesterday, New Years Eve, was a crazy busy day for me and I didn't get around to posting- so I will today!
Started my day with Vitalbiome, Slim/Active and gratitude. My husband got out of bed and exercised with me too!
Breakfast on the meal plan chart is omelettes- so we made these baked up ones! Ella had cinnamon and vanilla in hers (with a drop of maple syrup it tastes like french toast without the break) and I had some peppers and onions in mine!
I'm taking way more supplements now- but it's all for the greater good! This is my morning handful- x-factor vitamin, Ease, Metaburn, and my antidepressant/anxiety.
Water, water, water, BioCleanse. A snack of grapes, and then lunch was a Lean because of crazy day.
Water, Water, on the way home from work I had another Slim/Active knowing my night may be long. I had some carrots for a snack too and Coco played with a few before eating hers. BioCleanse between meals.
Dinner was turkey patty with cheese, broccoli and tomato. Hubby cooked it up and it was good!
We then went over to a friends house to hang out. I had a bunch more water, skipped the alcohol. I did have half a slice of pizza and 1 1/2 meatballs then stopped with snacks! I think that's great for New Years.
This morning I got up like normal despite trouble sleeping due to fireworks and such. Had my morning Active/Slim and met my bestie for a 5 mile run.
I also packed up my husband's lunch and snacks to keep him eating good! I'm being a good accountability partner- lol!
So now to keep having a successful day today!
