Today was also the first day for me for a new job. And still the lingering little bit of sickness.
I coughed a lot last night, so I didn't get up early to exercise. That was going to be okay because I was going to do it later with Ella.
It's way past later and it's not happening. Reason #1 I should always get up.
Breakfast was my Lean Collagen smoothie about 30 minutes after my Active/Slim and Vitalbiome. Took my antidepressant, Ease, X-factor and Metaburn with my smoothie.
Had lots of water and BioCleanse. Lunch when I got home from working was Caesar salad and a cheese stick.
I had a second cheese stick for a snack later. More water, another BioCleanse. Dinner was ham, collard greens and green beans.
I broke down and found a little candy bar. Finders keepers. I also had some banana chips (not pictured). I think I mostly wanted these snacks because I was super tired- probably from coughing half the night.
So now I haven't worked out, or had even a super productive day other than my morning at my new job. But tomorrow is another day that will be sure test my patience with school starting again.
So Probio5, Mega-x, and Ease and off to bed.
