So the last few days, I haven't been posting because I've been getting up before 3 am, napping each day and going to bed early. Why?!
Walt Disney World Marathon weekend! I volunteered at 3 of the 4 races and ran the half marathon on Saturday!
My legs are still crazy sore and this morning I didn't get up to exercise to finish making up for lost sleep! My husband and I already have agreed and plan to wake up and exercise in the morning!
I also got a little off track of my Plexus products due to weird sleep schedules and not knowing what day and time it was....so I'm happy to be back on track today!
I woke up and had my Pink drink, Active and Vitalbiome.
Then I had my Lean and Collagen smoothie with my x-factor, some extra Ease, and Metaburn.
Water, water, water and BioCleanse (I've missed some of these and wonder if less magnesium is why my calves are so sore). Snack was some popcorn with Eli.
Lunch was a ham and turkey on a low carb spinach wrap with mayo, tomato and lettuce.
Water, water, water, BioCleanse. Some strawberries and deviled egg for a snack.
Water, water. Dinner was ground turkey patty and steamed veggies. I put all the burger toppings I normally would eat and just cut it all up together to keep it low carb.
More water, and ready for my Probio5, Mega-X, and more Ease!
