Plagued by the Plague

Lovely heading, right?  I've had a cold.  It was awful.  Thankfully, my immune system is top notch and I'm feeling better already. 

Yesterday I didn't exercise, spent most of my morning in bed and basically all afternoon on the couch. 

But I was pretty productive in bed, had my smoothie, my water and all my supplements.

For a snack I had some grapes and didn't really have lunch or dinner- had some ramen noodles which really wasn't anywhere on my eating program but the warm broth was good for my chest congestion.  

This morning I woke up feeling a whole lot better.  Got my Active and Slim in right away

I walked on the treadmill- didn't trust running just yet- and then did a short workout with Ella.


Breakfast was a baked egg dish

Water, Water, BioCleanse, Water.  Salad for lunch

Water, water, BioCleanse and snack of turkey sticks and cheese.

More water and dinner was a chicken in wine sauce served over zoodles!  Soooooooo good.

Now time for Probio5, Mega-X and Ease and bed!  Going to try a short run tomorrow.  Hope I continue to get well and hit my goals!
